How to Mail Back an Online Return
Holiday Gift Policy
To make holiday gifting easier, we’ve extended our return window for purchases made between Nov 4 – Dec 22, 2025.
Regular-Priced Items: Refund until Jan 4, 2026
Sale Items (below 50% off): Exchange or merchandise credit until Jan 4, 2026
Sale Items (50% off or more): Final Sale
Sorry, no in-store returns or exchanges on November 28, December 24 and December 26.
Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged either by mail or in-store. While our stores can’t process online returns or exchanges on the spot, our team will gladly accept your item and send it to our distribution centre for processing.
Regular Priced Merchandise
You can initiate a return within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a refund to the original method of payment. You can initiate an exchange for merchandise or credit within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Sale Merchandise
Sale items marked with a discount of less than 50% can be exchanged for merchandise or credit within 14 days from the shipping date. After this period, we will no longer accept returns.
Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.

In Store Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only.
Regular Priced Merchandise
You can initiate a return within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original method of payment, at any store. You can initiate an exchange for merchandise or store credit within 30 days of purchase, at any store. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Sale Merchandise

Return & Exchange Conditions
Product Conditions
Items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with hangtags attached.

Multipack Items
Multipack items must be returned or exchanged together. Partial refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
Note: A return postage fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund. A postage fee allows us to provide pre-paid return labels for all orders. It helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse and isn’t built into our prices — we believe in offering our products at the fairest possible cost.
Follow the steps below to complete online returns for online purchases.
- To begin a return, click here and input your order number and shipping postal code, to view your order details.
- From your order detail page, select which item(s) you’d like to return and fill out the return request form.
- Review your return details and click 'Submit Return'.
- A Return Confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail that was used to place the order with a Return Label PDF.
How to return your package:
- Print Return Label.
- Package your items in the box we sent your order in and seal it securely.
- Drop off package at any FedEx Location.
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 5 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
Gift Policy
